Seeking to migrate from their unsupported version of Microsoft Exchange 2007, Dynamic Pharma contracted Xlconsulting to move their 170+ users from their on-premises email server to Microsoft Exchange Online. This was successfully achieved over two weekends (one weekend per company) with zero data loss and minimal impact on the general staff. Xlconsulting assisted the Dynamic Pharma IT staff during and after the migration to ensure a smooth on boarding process with minimal inconvenience. The two companies also purchased licenced copies of Office 365 Business for the staff, the always up-to-date feature enhanced version of Office 2016.
Xlconsulting welcomes Dynamic Pharma, and sister organisation Agrotech Vita, to Office 365 and all its benefits!

Reason #3 — Our businesses need to gravitate toward collaboration

Benaim: In general, we should try to think of ways to Do Once, Reuse Often (DORO). This is the basis of copy & paste, a tool which we all love to use, there are, however, several tools just as useful as copy & paste which go unused. Here are some examples across MS Office:

Car 4 You and their sister company Danfil Carz recently migrated from their IMAP based email system to Office 365. Kjeld Olsen, business owner, is a committed Apple Mac user. He was able to easily download and install the latest Office 2016 on his MacBook Pro and connect to Microsoft Exchange Online servers without any technical knowledge beyond his email address and password. Xlconsulting handled the initial setup of migrating the various inboxes to Office 365 and Kjeld did the rest; a testament to the new Office 365 Administrators console and its ease of use. The other company staff use Microsoft Windows and the computers existing Office 2013 installations connected with Office 365 without difficulty. Kjeld and his staff are now enjoying reliable and malware free email along with shared calendars and shared file storage. Xlconsulting recorded videos to help staff learn different aspects of the Office 365 product. Thanks to Car 4 You for joining the Office 365 racing team!
