Keyboard shortcut stickers
Instructions to stick on any keyboard

The 2 big black stickers on the right list shortcuts, stick these on any free space on your keyboard.

Peel & stick character stickers one by one. Choose the right stickers based on your keyboard layout. Cut stickers if they don’t fit.

You may stick all or only some key stickers.

You may want to stick F1/F2 etc. above keys.
-
Typing should be just as comfortable with stickers.
Notes before sticking

Non-English languages have different shortcuts.

Listed Mac shortcuts use Ctrl. Some work with ⌘ additionally but Ctrl works for all.

For Google Sheets, enable shortcuts first. Click Help > Keyboard shortcuts > Toggle on “Enable compatible spreadsheet shortcuts”.
Excel & Google Sheets shortcuts
Notes on the stickers:

Select range where first cell has a formula/value, then apply Ctrl D/R to autofill down/right.

Ctrl Shift L filters on Excel, not Google Sheets.

Paste values Ctrl Shift V is a Windows only shortcut for Excel 2024 or 365 (or Google Sheets).

F2/F7/F12 shortcuts don’t need Ctrl but some keyboards need Fn to be pressed at the same time.

Use Ctrl Fn Up/Down where keyboards don’t have Pg Up/Dn to navigate to prev./next worksheet
Canva shortcuts
Notes on the stickers:
1. Shortcuts for send to back, bring to front Ctrl and ungroup are not pictured on the keys.
2. Browser shortcuts F11 for full screen and Ctrl J for downloads do not work on Mac.
Word and Outlook shortcuts
Notes on the stickers:

Ctrl Q/Ctrl ^ L don’t work on Mac.

Ctrl R & Ctrl F do not work on web/Mac Outlook.

⌘/Ctrl Enter to send email works on all Outlook & Gmail versions.

Ctrl Shift V works in Office 2024/365 and Google docs only.

Ctrl H/Ctrl Space use Ctrl on Mac, not ⌘.

F7/F12 shortcuts don’t need ⌘/Ctrl with them but use Fn with the key on certain keyboards.
