Here are Microsoft’s eligibility requirements for Cambodian based non-profits:

• Cambodian Organizations must be tax-exempt organizations approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance; non-governmental organizations (NGOs) (associations and foundations) registered with the Ministry of Interior; or international NGOs (INGOs) operating with a current memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

​Examples of donated products include:

• Microsoft 365 Business Premium - first 10 licences free of charge ($0). Thereafter, $5 per user per month each. Includes Office 365 online tools, Office 2019 suite of software, security and device management features, and Windows 10 Professional upgrade.

 

• ​Microsoft 365 Business Basic - $0 for the online tools (email, calendars, Teams, SharePoint intranet, OneDrive, Office Online, Planner, Sway, StaffHub, Skype for Business, and more). Up to 300 users at no charge, free.

 

• Microsoft 365 Business Standard - $3 per user, per month. Everything in Business Basic + install Office 2019 software on 5 Macs, PCs, and 5 smartphones or tablets.
  
  
• Windows 10 'Get Genuine' program - get up to 50 copies of Windows 10 Professional for $12 each, no questions asked! Stop using those cracked un-activated copies of Windows 10 for an affordable price.
