Josh Swift will join the XL Consulting team in late September. Josh has an undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University, and a law degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and began his career as a lawyer and entrepreneur, starting his own law firm and debt buying company. He later moved into corporate roles in international trade, overseas manufacturing and compliance. He is a licensed customs broker and has extensive experience working in East Asia. He is a strong proponent of analytics-based decision making and has experience applying this throughout his career. Josh enjoys jogging, basketball, and reading.
